Returns

Items can only be returned for exchange or refund if they are in their original packaging and have no damage. A 15% Restocking fee is charged on the item which also includes the transaction processing fee.

Items can only be exchanged or refunded at the expense of the customer with regards to sending the item back to our facilities and re-shipment of the new item. Videogamesplus.com, .ca may only exchange items if the item is received in the original sealed packaging and in identical condition that it was dispatched from our facilities.

Videogamesplus.com, .ca is not responsible for lost items being sent back to us. Please use an insured courier with tracking information to avoid such an occurrence. Videogamesplus.com,ca is will not be responsible for any incurred cost to the consumer for shipping items back to us and re-shipment if needed to the consumer.

Refunds

Refunds can only be made when the item is received back in our possession in the original condition that it was sent out, IE. Sealed and unused. We do not offer a refund on pre-played product only an exchange. A 15% Restocking fee is charged on the item which also includes the transaction processing fee.

All refunds are subject to a 5% service charge to cover costs of transaction processing.

All refunded preorders are subject to a 5% service charge fee to cover costs of transactions. All preorders are taken in full because the product is then prepaid for by us to our suppliers. To avoid this please use the pre order now pay later option when preordering. If a problem arises from not being able to source your preorder within a reasonable time period and a refund is requested, a 100% complete refund will be issued. We also reserve the right to rescind the contract due to product unavailability.

Warranty

All Items come with a 30 day warranty from the day the item was dispatched from our facility. If the product is defective you can return the item for an exchange of the same item only. No substitution of item will be allowed unless original item is no longer in stock and cannot be obtained by us in a reasonable amount of time.

New merchandise must be returned or exchanged in new condition with all original packaging and contents. Pre-played merchandise must be in the same condition and with the same packaging as when purchased. Also, all merchandise returned defective will be tested by our staff and we will contact you with results of our testing. Confirmed defective merchandise will be replaced immediately with same item shipped at cost to customer. Items we deem non defective will be returned to customer at their expense.

Videogamesplus.com, ca will not be responsible for any incurred cost to the consumer for shipping items back to us, or any costs for sending the replacement back to the customer.
